CEO / Leadership Team Coaching Process

As a 55 Questions client the following services will be provided to your organization:


  • Facilitation of your company’s four Quarterly (two day) Sessions using the 3HAG, Cash Flow
    Story, Scaling Up and 55 Questions proprietary tools with the Leadership Team

    •  Includes my participation at the Leadership Team dinner the evening between the
  • Assistance with implementation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Staff Meetings with the
    Leadership Team

    • Guidance for the members of the Leadership Team in implementing Daily, Weekly and
      Monthly Staff Meetings with their direct reports
  • Monthly discussion with the CEO regarding the past month’s performance and implementation
    of discipline, process and meetings plus discussion of key issues (in the months we do hold a
    quarterly meeting)
  • Confidential discussions with all other members of the Leadership Team whenever desired
  • Use of Metronome Growth System software to track goals, priorities and performance
